In this DEMEYERE wok with a flat base you can fry, steam and cook delicate dishes from the Far East. The 7 ply material of the 26 cm wok allows food in the centre to get very hot, while food at the side remains cooler, so all food is cooked evenly when tossed. Stir-frying – tossing and turning ingredients in a little oil – is used to prepare vegetables, meat, fish and poultry. The inside and outside of the wok are finished with Silvinox®. This means discolouration and rust are a thing of the past. The flat base can be used on all heat sources, including induction hobs. The TriplInduc technology allows you to change energy source during cooking without losing power. Its heat conduction is excellent thanks to the use of 2.3 mm thick, multi-layered material.
