It has a thick base for optimum heat distribution, reinforced by the aluminium core, which retains heat and releases it evenly into the pans sitting within the frying pan. Naturally the gourmet pan can be used on all types of cooker. It has a long hygienically welded stainless steel handle that makes the frying pan easy to lift from the cooker for serving.
