Demeyere – Industry 15.7″ X 13.3″ Roaster

No-one can resist the hearty smell of a roast. To achieve a good roast it is important that the meat or other ingredients do not sit in their own juices too long. This roast pan is the ideal accompaniment. The grate is integrated in the pan, but it can also be removed so you can clean it quickly and easily. The roasting pan and grate measure 40 x 33.7 cm overall, so there is space even for large joints of meat. It is 7.7 cm tall. The meat or other roasted food sits on a high-quality grate, which allows liquids and fat to drain. This allows a crisp crust to develop. The stainless steel handles facilitates handling the pan during roasting. They stay pleasantly cold, so you can always pick up the roasting pan with grate. Belgian designer Stefan Schöning’s creation is classically simple and is made of high-quality multi-layer material. The grate has a coating, so fried food is easily removed. Any gravy which sticks to the pouring lip is easily removed. The pan is also finished with Silvinox®, an electrochemical surface treatment that reliably protects your new kitchen gadgets from discolouration.
